Description:Panko breaded cauliflower is a crispy, golden-brown snack or side dish that’s perfect for those craving a vegetarian alternative to fried foods. The cauliflower florets are dipped in a flavorful coating of flour, eggs, and spices, then coated in crunchy panko breadcrumbs for that perfect crispiness. Baked or lightly fried, this dish offers a satisfying texture with each bite!

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. In another shallow bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a third bowl, place the flour.
  5. Dip each cauliflower floret first into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat it in the panko breadcrumb mixture. Make sure each piece is evenly coated.
  6. Arrange the breaded cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil for extra crispiness.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
